| Janel Huyett Mrs. Huyett, the Director of the Prep Choir, serves as both a teacher and an administrator for the Mesa Public School District. She has held the position of District Band Specialist for the District since 2001 and has been the band teacher and choir director at Sirrine Elementary School since 1999. Prior to that time, she taught band at Fremont Junior High as well as band and general music at Longfellow Elementary, both located in Mesa. |
| Mrs. Huyett holds a BS in Music Education from the University of Iowa and a Master of Arts in Education: Administration and Supervision from the University of Phoenix. Mrs. Huyett is in her third year working with the Phoenix Children's Chorus. |
