| MAKE A DIFFERENCE |

Phoenix Children’s Chorus in a non profit 501(c)3 tuition based music education program serving young people throughout the greater Phoenix area.  Tuition, ticket sales, and performance fees pay for less than 50% of PCC expenses each year. The remaining funding depends upon individual donations, corporate contributions, and grants. Our philosophy is to provide a high quality music education at a reasonable cost so that ALL young people in the Phoenix metropolitan area who have a desire to sing can participate no matter what their socio-economic situation.

Matching Contributions

Many companies offer matching gift programs to encourage employees to contribute to charitable organizations, and some even provide matching funds to support employee volunteer hours. Consider doubling your impact through a matched gift.

Phoenix Children’s Chorus deeply appreciates the generosity of our donors in support of our mission: to foster excellence in youth by facilitating artistic, cultural, and personal development through choral education and performance. By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Right to Decline or Modify Donations
While the Artistic and Executive Directors can solicit and accept all donations on behalf of the organization, the Board of Directors has oversight over final acceptance of the gift.  PCC reserves the right to decline, return, or modify the use of any gift that it deems incompatible with our mission, values, or operational needs. All donations are subject to final review by the Board of Directors Finance Committee, and final authority regarding acceptance, rejection, or modification rests with this committee.

Discretion over Use of Donations
While PCC strives to honor donor intent, all contributions are accepted with the understanding that PCC maintains full discretion and control over the allocation of funds. This ensures donations support the organization’s most effective and mission-aligned priorities.

Restricted Gifts
PCC will make every reasonable effort to honor any donor-imposed restrictions or designations. If honoring such restrictions becomes impractical, ineffective, or inconsistent with PCC’s mission, we reserve the right to ask the donor to reallocate the donation to another purpose that best supports our organizational goals.

Scholarship and Tuition-Offset Gifts
Donations specifically intended to offset tuition or participation costs will be managed and awarded at the discretion of the Chorister Fund Committee, in accordance with PCC’s scholarship policies and procedures.
By contributing to Phoenix Children’s Chorus, donors affirm their understanding and acceptance of these terms.
